Tallysman Wireless Inc. was acquired by Calian Group Ltd. in September 2020 with a plan to integrate our products, solutions and services into the trusted Calian brand. Headquartered in Ottawa, Canada, with offices around the globe, Calian employs over 4,500 people as a diverse products and services company providing innovative healthcare, communications, learning, IT and cybersecurity solutions.
We are pleased to advise you that as the last phase of our integration plan, the Tallysman company name is being rebranded to Calian, and its legal operating name will change to Calian GNSS Ltd. We will have a “Formerly Known As” in place for some time so invoicing changes to transition to Calian can happen over time.
You will see a new website and marketing materials but as with the acquisition three years ago, nothing will change in terms of our products, procedures, and dedication to customer support. You will continue to be provided with the same partnership approach, expertise and high-quality services and solutions that you have come to expect from Calian. While our company name is changing to Calian, our products will retain the Tallysman brand and will continue to be branded as the Tallysman line of Antennas with all part numbers remaining unchanged.
In addition, this change allows us to leverage the broader spectrum of innovative offerings available through Calian.
