Mr. Wellington is an innovative technology executive with over 25 years of engineering and corporate management experience. Mr. Wellington has experience working in global tech companies with MOSAID Technologies, CMC Electronics, BlackBerry and Syntronic Research and Development.
Prior to joining Tallysman, Mr. Wellington held the position of Sr VP and General Manager at Syntronic Canada. During his eight-year tenure, he became the first Canadian employee to grow the organization to five hundred people. He has consistently demonstrated a commitment to innovative product development, customer experience, and fundamentally-sound fiscal corporate management practices. Mr. Wellington holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering with an option in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
Mr. Panther is truly a technology industry veteran with over 35 years engineering and corporate management experience. Tallysman® marks the 4th successful start-up by Mr. Panther. Starting with a stint at the legendary Microsystems International, Mr. Panther has held the position of Engineering Vice-President for Siltronics Ltd., then SiGEM and Wi-Sys Communications all of which he was a co-founder and principal, and has accumulated over 10 patents to his credit.
Throughout his career, Mr. Panther has consistently demonstrated a commitment to innovative product development, real product utility, and fundamentally sound fiscal corporate management practices. Mr. Panther was co-founder of the Canadian Semiconductor Design Association (CSDA) and holds an Honours degree in Applied Physics from City University, London, England.
Mr. Grinstead has over 30 years experience in Operations, on and offshore manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Documentation and Configuration Control, New Product Introduction and Program Management. Throughout his career, Mr. Grinstead has proven to be very proficient at developing and managing supply chains, global sourcing, building strong vendor relations, building and managing effective production teams, as well as implementing successful cost reduction programs.
Prior to joining Tallysman, Mr. Grinstead served as Quality Assurance Manager at Wi-Sys Communications, Vice President of Operations at Simmic, Operations Manager at Dowslake MicroSystems and at GDI in Hong Kong, and has held progressively senior positions at SiGEM, Cygnus Satellite Systems, SilCom Research, Silcom Communications, and Siltronics.
Mr. Russell joined Tallysman in November 2018 and brings 18 years of International Channel Sales and Business Development experience within the Telecommunications and RF Microwave equipment sectors. He has a passion for Sales and has consistently demonstrated global sales leadership and successful channel partner development across his career with various technology-focused distributors.
Prior to joining Tallysman, Mr. Russell held various positions at DragonWave Inc. as Director of Sales, Indirect Channels and Carriers. Mr. Russell has a Business Information Systems, Honours, Diploma from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology in Ottawa, Canada, concentration in Business Principles and Data Networking Communications.
