Wireless Communications Portal

The Fleet Management Solution is a Windows application, the core of which is the Wireless Communications
Portal (WCP) which provides the system administration functions i.e. maintaining a database of all mobile workforce activity. In addition it manages the complexities of interfacing to digital radio systems and providing TCP/IP connection privileges to Client applications.

The WCP supports multiple fleet operations and can be run as a Hosted Service or as a Standalone application.

Dispatcher

Client applications such as the Dispatcher connect to the WCP to view vehicle location information, send text messages and receive alarm notifications.

3rd Party Interface

The WCP provides a TCP/IP interface to 3rd party applications enabling them to receive position updates as well as send and receive text messages using the Tallysman WCP protocol.

Wireless Network Interface

The WCP supports control station and IP network connections into two-way digital radio networks such as Motorola MOTOTRBO™, Kenwood NEXEDGE, and MPT1327 systems such as TaitNet™ trunked radio systems.

Reports and Route Relay

The reports and route replay application provides the ability to audit vehicle locations for any specific period, while the reporting module provides the ability to create custom reports and also export them in Excel or pdf format.

Workforce Management

The Workforce Management application provides a complete solution for managing and reporting on data entered and sent by field personnel using MOTOTRBO™ radio fitted with Tallysman TW255 software APP. The TW255 FORMS APP provides field personnel with the ability to complete custom designed forms on the radio and update corporate records from the field as soon as the transaction occurs.

Job Ticket Dispatch

The Job Ticket Dispatch application provides the ability to enter job tickets into the Workforce Management System, and assign the job to a vehicle. The job information is sent to the mobile radio display, and operators can update the status of the job ticket using radio status messages or the custom forms provided by the TW255 FORMS APP.

Email Portal

The Email portal provides pre-approved email addresses with the ability to send emails to digital 2-Way radios and to receive text responses, positive and negative notification on delivery status is provided. As well email alarm notifications can be sent.
